Daniel Lambert FTSE is a dynamic engineer with a passion for innovation, technology, and developing
sustainable water solutions. Prior to his role at WaterStart his executive experience in the water
sector has included as Australasia Water Business Leader at Arup and Executive Manager – Sustainable Infrastructure Solutions at Unitywater. Recognized as an industry thought leader, Daniel’s contribution to innovation, sustainability, and the water sector has been profound. He has worked in over 25 countries and delivered leading first-of-a-
kind solutions for recycled water, water resilience, and WASH projects.
He was the 2021 Sir John Holland Civil Engineer of the Year and the 2022 Professional Environmental
Engineer of the Year. In 2016 Daniel was recognised by Engineers Australia as one of ‘Australia’s
Most Innovative Engineers.

Constance Aguilar

Constance brings 15 years of agency and in-house marketing and communications experience across various industries, including technology, consumer packaged goods, travel-tourism, and business-to-business services. Her expertise in building the brand and online thought leadership of executives and technical experts has resulted in hundreds of coverage pieces and bylined articles in top-tier publications, including the New York Times, Fast Company, MSNBC, Forbes, and endemic media outlets. Constance also specializes in creating persona-guided inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement and support sales goals.

Christine Monaco

Christine is a Membership Coordinator for WaterStart and is a recent graduate from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in business and psychology. She is currently applying to law school and hopes to work in environmental law. Working in the water innovation sector has fueled her interest in water conservation and sustainability.

Rebecca Shanahan


Prior to joining WaterStart in 2013, Rebecca spent 14 years working on water resources management issues for the Southern Nevada Water Authority gaining an intimate perspective of the challenges in obtaining, treating, and delivering consistently high-quality water to a growing community. While at SNWA, she developed and managed the evaporation data collection and analysis program to support groundwater-basin hydrologic budgets and water-right appropriations, scientific studies for species protected by the Endangered Species Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, Nevada Revised statutes, and other federal policies, and negotiations for contractual third-party agreements.

Danielle Garone


Danielle is a motivated and driven accounting professional with over 20 years of experience. Danielle’s expertise ranges from general ledger and financial reporting to the implementation of complex financial systems. Before starting her consulting business in 2018, Danielle held Controller level and Corporate Accounting positions for large publicly traded, international gaming manufacturers and casinos.
